Warranty & Return Refund Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping back.

• Email service@duclsaty.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
• Our team will issue an RMA number and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
• Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

• Report defects/damage within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.
• We cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair.
• Defective items will be inspected upon receipt; we reserve the right to verify claims.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• A 10–20% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.

• Free cancellation before shipment; full refund issued within 3 business days.
• Once shipped, the return policy applies instead.

• Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Refunds apply to product value only (excluding outbound shipping).
• Exchanges processed once return is approved.

• Bulk orders over 50 units unless pre-approved
• Items returned without original packaging

• Motors: 5 years limited warranty
• LED light kit / driver: 1 year warranty
• Warranty claims require order details and defect photos/videos.
